When I place an order how long will it take to arrive ?
Your Order will arrive in ( waiting list time + shipping time for your country ).
The waiting list time is posted on every page and in shop policies section the shipping time is also posted in our shop policies section
What does waiting list mean ?
It is the length of time to process and create your custom order, after the waiting period your order will be shipped
Where do you ship ?
We Ship to all countries via Canada Post
Is there an additional cost for shipping outside of North America ?
Example : 1 hat to any where in the world there is no extra charge.
Larger orders depending on the country and size of the order there maybe an additional charge please contact us before ordering.
If a crochet pattern or knit pattern is modified or upgraded after I have purchased it, do I get the upgrade for free ?
